Incompetence all around. Can't ever reach anyone on the phone. Can't get medication straight. Can't get records straight. Too big for their britches. Don't give a shit about anybody. Trying all BJC Drs next.
Avoid the walk in clinics at Walgreens. Even though SSM claims that they are in-network for your insurance, they will allow nurse practitioners who are not in-network to see patients and bill under a not in-network billing number. So unless you like being overbilled, go elsewhere.
Compassion? They dont have it, if you owe them money. They dont care if you lost your job (want proof). If you ask for there finance form. You will get a form wanting rediculous info. Ss #, bank account numbers etc. Excuse me , but i dont give that info out. Its a violation of my privacy!! You will get a letter from a collection agency, who threatens to ruin your good credit line. Liars! Liars! Liars. They should be prosecuted!
SSM Dean Medical Group billing is one of the worst to deal with and bunch of liars. They are not there to advocate and help patients. They are there to suck the money right out of you. I want to thank whomever it is who decided that children under 18 cannot visit their ailing parents in your St. Louis University Hospital. You wasted an hour of my time and ruined our night. All my daughters wanted to do was see their mother who is a patient at your hospital.
