I have been dealing with you all for the past 3 years with my daughter's knees. Since you all messed her up a couple of years ago and then promised us to make it right.. you all have once again failed. The next time the nurse hangs up on me it will be alot worse.. your doctor's make us or my daughter a promise and can't keep it. If i could do 0 stares I would!!
If I could give this zero stars, I would! I have never posted an online review before and am astounded that this is the action I have to try in order to get a response from this organization. There is an overpayment in my account and I've spent two months trying to get someone to give a straight answer on when and how it can and will be corrected. Your SSM Express Clinic in Centralia Illinois is a laugh. Your Physician Assistant Jeremy Shane Bowen..( Brent) is a laugh for a professional, he literally called me a liar and told me there was nothing wrong with me, when my hands and arm is numb and my legs go numb. But yet there is nothing wrong with me is what he said. That man should not be able to practice AT ALL
These people threw me and my mom out .... they did not explain much at all .... now we are treated like lepers .... ripped her off out of heart surgery ....WHY .... Because someone did not wear gloves or touch their nose and then touched her wound ....screamed at her and called her an addict !!!!! Then the grim reaper nurse did not get to take her life !!!!
