They listed themselves with my insurance provider as taking my insurance, but decided not to take my insurance. Pretty crappy.
I will not use SSM Audrain, for any needs, they have a room fee that they charge if you see a Dr/or utilize the Cancer screening service! it is well over $150. MY insurance will not pay! WATCH YOUR BILLS!

i been here all week in the new ICU the rooms are nice and Hospital bed sucks but o an I really liked her.
BEST PLACE I HAVE EVER WORKED : HANDS DOWN! SSM HEALTH TRULY BELIEVES IN GODS WORK and PROVES IT EVERY SINGLE DAY. I RECOMMEND SSM HEALTH to ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY, AND ALWAYS WILL. THANK YOU GOD FOR SSM!!
The staff are friendly and helpful. Haved spent many hours for the last 25 years in this hospital. If I had to use this location or had a friend that needed to would happily return or bring someone here.
SSM Care is the most ridiculously expensive in St Louis. I will never go to them even if my life dependent on it. The doctors are not the issue. It is the lab and the hospital charges. BJC is much more competitive. If you need ANY kind of tests stay away from SSM facilities.
SSM you suck! My Dr left the practice, so now I have to start all over as a "new patient". That means I can't see a Dr until February. THREE MONTHS. Never mind lifesaving scrips. I called my old office and the office I'll see in February, and both told me I'd have to talk to the other, they couldn't help me. And of course there's the refill I needed TODAY - a nurse told me the remaining Dr in that practice would fill it for me (and of course she'd call me if there were any problems.
