They are Crooks, Bill you without a statement and transfer. You 1,000 times to departments that "can't access or do anything for you" BEWARE
The clinic at Walgreens in Arnold is trash since they switched to SSM health clinic. SSM health over charged for a simple strep test and a doctor visit. I will NEVER return to Walgreens because of this reason or to any SSM health care provider AGAIN.
With 100% objectivity...6 days ago my mother was told she had stage 4 cancer with a tumor sitting on her liver. SSM Health and UW Health have not scheduled her surgery. There is a probability that this tumor will become liver cancer....and lawsuit and jobs further creating health care shortages and access... do it right the first time.
I went to the urgent care tonight with my son at 715. The doors were locked. The sign and online says they are open till 8. I call and I was told they are full!? If your hours are posted till 8 you should take patients till 8. Employees should plan on working till all patients are seen. When I worked, before kids, the bank closed at 5. But I knew a customer could walk in at 4:55 and I may be there till 6.
Every nurse and doctor that I came in contact with during my visit went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Thank you!
