I ordered 2 Rainmachine sprinkler controllers two weeks ago and received them promptly. This week, I ordered a third and they said they called to verify that I actually wanted it. I did not receive the call. They also could have emailed, which they did not. My installer will be here tomorrow to install the first two, but I will have to have them come back to install the third. This was not a good experience.
All orders ship the next business day ....according to their website....reality not so much

I am very disappointed with the customer service. From start to finish this has been a bad experience and they are unwilling to make it right.
I must tell ya folks... CAL these people on the phone, especially if you need your equipment within a two week window. So i placed an order, NO indication that there was ANY back-order for the sprinkler heads requested. I just came to learn that they finally shipped my order our 6 days AFTER the indication that my order has been placed. The map on their website means absolutely nothing. Apparently shipping from Texas to NC could take 7 days unless you pay tons extra. You get what you pay for... crap service...
I ordered 5 Signature sprinklers & they were shipped with no nozzles. I emailed customer service with my problem & they said they would ship them out the next day. Guess what? They didn't. I emailed again & was promised that they would reship the next day. Guess what? They didn't. I have bought a lot of stuff from them but no more. Go to Amazon & get what you want from someone else.
