Being a small irrigation contractor I can’t keep an inventory the size I’d like. I love the fact that if I order early enough today the parts will arrive tomorrow !! I’ve become spoiled to that !! Also Amanda , and Wynter are quick to handle any of my concerns ! Thanks Y’all !!
These guys are awesome! I have had to upgrade my sprinklers and add zones over the past 4 years. I especially appreciate their instructional videos. It is fairly easy to find what you need. The prices are very good. Folks are most helpful. They are my #1 source for sprinkler supplies.

TERRIBLE. PAID GOOD MONEY FOR STUFF AND RECIVED A TRACKING NUMBER. TRACKING INFO SAID I RECIVED BUT I NEVER DID AND I WAS HOME ON THAT DAY. COMPANY IS UNWILLING TO HELP OR EVEN LISTEN. WAS GOING TO ORDER MORE FROM THEM BUT WILL NEVER USE AGAIN NKW
Have some actual customer service. The phone number seems to have been removed and emails and online chats are never answered.
I hate writing bad reviews but here was my experience. I ordered and was charged $285 for a smart pump relay on July 22nd. August 2nd I attempt to get ahold of them. No phone number only an online chat with Wynter. She tells me they sent an email needing a signature on the 27th. I’ve never received it. They send a copy of it from an Amanda who had sent me an email the 23rd, not the 27th. I ask why from her not Wynter and am told Amanda is helping her.
