This company has the worst Customer Service I have ever experienced when it comes to returning a faulty product. You want to chat with support? Fine - if you don't mind waiting ten minutes for every response...and end up giving up because they try everything to obstruct you. "Please send me a photo of the product that we sent you"..."You'll have to return the whole bundle of products that we sent you. We cant just replace the faulty item". Seriously??? Avoid this company if you have any choice.

RecommendedIt's a great place, they had the best prices-- way better than Home Depot or Lowes. And all the parts that I needed for my drip system in stock. The customer service rep that helped me knew exactly what I was talking about and helped me find what I needed. Unlike the unknowledgeable employees at HD and L's. They were so friendly and helpful.

Order said 1-4 days for free shipping and order email indicated the same. When package showed only label created after 5 days I called and was told it was really 5-9 days and got some same excuse about their website not indicating the correct delivery time frame. Very much seemed like a complete misrepresentation on the shipping time.
They need to find a better way to ship their products! I have been tracking my package for 9 days and it still four days away! Texas to South Dakota, a snail would move it faster!
Order was sent FedEx Smartpost 20 miles across north Houston. Really the fault of non-caring USPS folks - they called my house a PO box and refused to deliver. Until several calls to FedEx and USPS. Problem is SW did not take the lead and expected me to solve their problem which I did.
