They need to be honest about their order processing times. Why even advertise that if you place an order by 4:30pm it will ship the same day. If they would say we have the best prices, but it will take a week to get it shipped. That would be true. If they would say don't plan on calling for any reason at all unless you have a whole day to wait on hold. That would be true. Buyer beware!

Recently ordered a couple of sprinkler guards. One arrived broken in four places. Requested by email for an RMA to get a replacement. They requested a photo which I emailed. It has been over a week and I have not heard another word. Even sent another email a couple of days ago. Nothing but silence. Very poor customer service. Would not recommend this company and will not be ordering anymore products from them. Appears from other posts that this company has a problem when it comes to addressing customers’ issues.
I placed an order over a week ago and it is still pending with no change and their website states that it processes and ships within four days. I have sent two emails and no response after the website states that they will respond to all the day they are sent. I called and no one picked up. If I do not hear back by the end of the week I will pursue further with the BBB or another state organization. They have taken my money with no response or product and thus seems like a sophisticated scam.

web site says order now shipped with in 24 hours ummm know 3 weeks later got them though the mail ....called an said i was 3 caller 50mins later to talk to someone...

when I ordered, the website said if I ordered in the next four hours, it would be shipped Same Day. Lies! It didn't ship for three and a half days... Now my landscaper is here today, and I won't have products until Monday...
