Part of order was missing and I have emailed the customer service twice, and tried to chat on-line several times without success. Can't call anyone because they have removed their phone number from the web site. They used to be good but have gone down hill with regards to customer service.

used to be a good site. received an order today short items totaling $125. no response to email, no phone available, and chat not available. steer clear of this site.
They used to Be very good, but now no customer service. They seem to have taken their phone number off of their website and Google Search. If you have their phone number you’ll find that you are on hold for 30 minutes and then get disconnected. The don’t respond to emails or chat. My order has been processing since 6/18 and I have no answers. Ironically, they sent me an email asking how I liked my order. I have initiated a dispute with PayPal and hope to have a refund soon.
I was told that the product would be shipped same day if order was placed before 445 The lady told me it would be shipped either that day or the next day I paid for faster shipping well that didn't happen..I called and said they'd refund the shipping cost..Terrible misleading info don't order from them if you need the product fast.
You’re dead to me. Ordered parts on June 7. 23 days later, still haven’t received shipment. Sent 2 emails, no response. Tried to call 3 times only to be put on eternal hold. Now calls go strait to voicemail, mailbox is full. Not sure if the Rona got you all or what’s going on, but if you can’t process orders, you need to pull down your web pages. RecommendedAndi had great customer service and helped resolve an issue for us with such ease! The hold times were longer, but that was understandable due to all that's currently going on. Great company and customer service each time we've used them!
I'm gonna have to agree with Gary Wolf here I ordered 6-18, still processing called yesterday waited 30 mins was next in line call was dropped, called back waited 15 mins talked to a gal said she would print out invoice and take it out and get tracking info e-mailed to me, didn't happen, same day or even next day isn't happening. online e-mail button (customer support) doesn't work, go figure, email no response, website claims on shipping and or customer support in my experience not true
