They where quick and very friendly
Bought windshield wipers from them while I had the car in for a recall and they charged $13.95 to install them. REALLY! They didn’t say they would charge to put them on. Had I known I would of put them in myself. Not cool!!!! It probably took all of 5 minutes to do.
People people are great and service was wonderful
The service department really does a great job and they are customer centric. For instance, I recently went in for an oil change and during this time the power went out which means they were operationally dead in the water. However they went the extra effort and got me back on the road despite the power outage. Was very impressed with their ability to invoke an innovative approach when circumstances were presented that would be very challenging to most dealerships! Great job Springfield Hyundai!
