I had a great experience with the Hyundai Springfield Service Department. My 2012 Hyundai Sonata had a recall for the engine and they did a great job from start to finish. They gave me a very nice rental to drive for a month! It took a while for the engine to come in but they kept me updated and were professional and friendly. Not knowing at first if the engine was a recall approval I was very nervous thinking I would have to BUY a new engine. Nice service friendly staff. Only thing that could make it even better is mark the entrance on Baltimore Pike and clearly mark the service entrance. Will be my go mechanic from now forward
