Worst customer service in the service department I’ve ever dealt with. Rude, liars and uncaring. (The people who initially take your car when you get out are the only decent people in the department).

I bought my car at Springfield Hyundai 3 years ago, ever seen I have been using their garage. They are always nice and helpful. I have compared prices when they do repair and they are always fair.
