Purchased a 2018 Hyundai Elantra SEL on 1/31. Our sales rep was Curtis Wilson. Curtis answered all our questions, provided my wife with a test drive and was an all around pleasant guy. He explained all the features on our new car pointing out the differences between models, helping us to decide on the SEL. We definitely would buy here again.
Worst customer service ever. AJ is rude, provided WRONG information and should do less talking and more listening to the customer. My engine was tapping. Brought it in for service. Waited 1 1/2 hours to be told I needed a new engine.!?!? Car is 3 1/2 yrs old with 43,000 miles. So I'm trying to have my questions answered as to how this happened I was told."
