I spent over five hours at Springfield Hyundai in an attempt to purchase a vehicle and left with nothing to show for it. 2 of those hours were spent asking for car prices that were given to me about 15 minutes before I left the dealership. Mr. Alark Patel, the sales manager made 11 inquiries on my credit report with absolutely no regard for how that would impact my credit score, though there are other grievances, I am furious about that in particular. Never Buy car from this dealership. Dealership even don’t honor your purchased car care package. Awful customer service, over priced, over charged. Management didn’t even care to make it right. Avoid them! Bought a car here once...never again.
