We love our Hyundai Sonata! This is our 2nd one and we couldn't be happier. I have bought 3 cars from them. This last car is now 3 years old and in May the a/c stopped working. They had my car for about 5 days and supposedly fixed the part. Well now its not blowing warm air again. So I called to put it back in the shop. All I ask is that they give me a loaner car this time since they obviously did not fix it correctly and I am a loyal customer. Was told they could not. I am so disappointed! I guess this will be the last car I buy here!!!
I brought my car in for service and Krista Cherry was my Service Adviser. She was the best. Previously I had always waited but Krista offered me a ride home and told me she would call and send a car back for me when the work was done. The time estimate was 2 1/2 hours but due to sending out for a part ran a bit longer. She called after 2 1/2 hours and explained the delay. I really appreciated that call. Took my car in for a recall, had an oil change and they fixed a few nicks in my windshield in less than an hour. Amazing service, lots of people to help you, a well run shop!
