2hours 2long Well I got there at 7:30 in the morning when they first open I was the second person to drive-in The customer service people were very welcoming it was my first oil change since I bought the SUV It also has a rattle in the exhaust from time to time well it took a little over two hours to change the oil and the check on the noises. . I have always had a wonderful experience with Springfield This is my third vehicle I received from them and service has always been great. Keith goes out of his way to get the right deal and inform me of my options. I .left my Tucson there yesterday they gave me a brand-new sonata as a lender and I picked up my car today with a new automatic car starter. No pressure as two years gone bye of hating to talk to a car salesman LOL
This week I liked it, but last week I hated it!!
I have never been to a place where the customer service is this incredible. If I'm upset about something, they calm me down immediately with their friendly and helpful dispositions. My check engine light came on the other day and while they are checking it out they gave me a "loaner car" so I don't miss work. And I don't have to pay for a rental! I'd recommend everyone to go there!! Worked with John and Joe and both were excellent. I was picky about what I wanted and Joe made sure I got what I wanted. So happy I went with Springfield. LOVE my new 2017 Santa Fe Sport!
