I had Steve as my salesman and he was great! I felt no pressure to buy and he was very helpful in answering any questions. I would definitely go back!
Girlfriend had her vehicle serviced here, and shop broke TWO wheel studs on one wheel and acted like she had to pay $90 to repair it. They actually sent her home with the wheel only held on by three of the five lug nuts. This is downright negligent.
Worst service ever. Their service department is super rude all the time and treat you like crap. They treat you like you don't know what you are talking about and look down on you. If I can give them a 0 for rating, I would.

Dear Steve Mountes: Per your response to my review, the recommended replacement of the timing belt is 90k not 60k. Specifically, your tech stated my accessory belts were "shredded" when they were replaced 10k miles ago. In addition, you will never remove me from your marketing list because I have asked and demand repeatedly.. even called Hyundai USA and you havent managed it yet.
