All of the staff is very friendly and welcoming. The environment is always clean. My mechanic Antoine Saunders is always thorough and has always made me feel comfortable with my car repairs and maintenance issues in his hand. He’s so polite and does his best to make sure I understand what is going on with my car.
I made the appt. to come via text, Curtis met me at the door, asked my exactly what I wanted, went off the lot to bring me the car I wanted to see in the color I wanted and the rest is history! Left at the end of the day with exactly what I came there for!

With the current pandemic, researching the vehicle i wanted online than taking a walk around the lot to find it while the store front was still closed made it easy to get my car when the time had come for the online setup to lease my new 2020 Sonata. Tim, Anthony and Chris were very accommodating. I'm always treated like a family friend when i visit Springfield Hyundai.
