People are always quick to post a bad review when they feel service is lacking. This is the opposite. Having an issue trying to get an appointment with the dealership we purchase our vehicle from, I contacted Springfield Hyundai in the hopes of getting in. We spoke with Rashuad in service and from start to finish, he was GREAT! He listened to our concern, even was able to get us a state inspection done after repairs were completed. Refuses to honor the price on their website. Tried to give me $1,500 for my trade in of a 2018 Hyundai Elantra. False advertising. Don't bother coming here.
Well I being customer of this dealership seems the 90we have good and bad but the 2015 sonata was good for a couple years the the hit came burning engine oil well after a couple test they replace the engine with a new one good but come to find out on my next maintenance that my recommended to replace the drive belt because the use the old belt from the old engine now the cost is $600.00 + tax and mention about the signal light flickering after turning to the right they can't find anything i understand it's all about business... read more
I would like to give AA plus to the service team at Springfield because they were so courteous and helpful and repaired my car. In a short period of time, the customer service skills they showed were exceptional. And I would like to send a special thanks to AJ service manager and this whole team that he works with there.
