Recently had repairs to 9 year old Hyundai and was completely satisfied from start to finish. Service manager Everett coordinated all work ahead of time. At pickup, car was washed and ready to go. Car drives like brand new. Absolutely best service experience I can remember. I will make all future purchases from Springfield Hyundai.
Just No, avoid the service center at all costs: dishonest. I called to make an appointment for service, they were able to take me 1.5 hrs later. I specifically asked if there was a diagnostic fee and if it might be covered under warranty, but they told they couldn't answer either over phone but that they would have someone call me before my appointment to discuss?!?
