I love all of the plants, from springhill nurseries. when I order my plants from her they are healthy looking and my plants in my yard are gorgeous. yes I will recommend Spring Hill Nurseries to all my friends .
Ordered plants in April last plants arrived on June 15. All tiny and half where dead. 3 months to get delivered and every time I called or checked the goods were back ordered. I’m sorry folks don’t waste your time. Place is in Ohio and takes 6 days to deliver? Company is a scam.
ship orders faster and use a faster delivery service....not one that takes a week to deliver plants. how do you expect plants to survive in boxes all wrapped up in hot weather travelling for a week across the country? Now my replacement plant looks as like it has been thru world war 2 and back and not sure if it will recover besides it has only took close to a month to get it in the first place....great customer service....NOT!
Extremely slow shipping, despite everything being listed as “in stock”. Plants arrived very small and unhealthy.
Recently purchased 2 Twist and Shout Hydrangeas and when they arrived in the mail by USPS, they were dry, lost there leaves and they were planted in the wrong soil to ship. I have tried to revive them but to no avail and am very unhappy!
They hire people in other countries for their customer service instead of employing local employees. One time it was the Philippines, then India. This is not the kind of company I will be buying from anymore. I want to support employment in the USA.
Never received my order. Won’t return phone messages or reply to my emails. But they cashed my 70 dollar check. Don’t order from them !
