HORRIBLE SERVICE. they dont even refund you your money if a shipment arrives dead. contacting them even thru email is a JOKE.

The "no risk guarantee" is a joke. You need to cover the cost of shipping in the credit or give free shipping when applying the credit!

I ordered 5/1/2020. It said shipping now when I ordered but when I received my confirmation ship date was 5/12/2020 and it just kept getting pushed back. On 5/23/2020 I emailed requesting to cancel my order after my shipping date was pushed back yet again. I found another supplier and ordered and received my plants within 3 days. Imagine my surprise when I got an email on 6/3/2020 saying my order shipped! 12 days after requesting it be canceled. Another scam company who charges you but never ships orders. I placed an order for a lilac tree. Nothing special, but the shipment wax kept changing from one date to another. Nobody responds to email or phone calls. Dont buy from them! Its scam!
stop scamming people! you just auto reply to every email. making the same excuses over and over again and still no plants. I ordered back in march and you just keep pushing the ship date back and back. the pary of the shipment I did receive and planted has yet to show any sign of live. beyond disappointed. this used to be a REPUTABLE company not any longer.

I was incredibly disappointed to receive two succulents, not even potted, just loose in leaking bags of dirt. The exorbitant price does not equal the low quality of these half-dead sprigs.
When I paid $77 for blackberry plants, I figured that I would get something really nice for that much money. I got these, severely wilted, no leaves and barely alive if they even are still alive. Spring Hill Nurseries provides no value. They just take every penny they can get and ship the cheapest possible thing to the customer.
