I normally am not the type to leave negative reviews for companies, but my patience with this one is gone. I ordered two plants on March 18. Still waiting for them. The "available shipping date" keeps getting moved up and up and up. Ive called and I've emailed to inquire what the hold up is. No one will answer the phone nor will they respond to my emails. This is my first time ordering from this nursery and is looking a lot like my last time too.
I ordered bulbs on March 23. The delivery has been postponed 5 times since then. This seems to be an on going problem for them. Do don’t shop here!!
I ordered 1/31/20 ship date was 2/27/20 it’s now been pushed out to 4/27/20. It’s not a huge order (82.00) but when it takes 2 months to get a reply promising to ship the next week to push out another 10 days is crazy. I will never order from here again! I can’t even get my money back from them! Unhappy customer Chris Jordan
Ordered plants early March.. called late March and was told they would ship the first week of April. Called yesterday and now they’re saying my order won’t ship until May. Spring Hill Nurseries has never contacted me to let me know about the delays.. I have to call them and sit on hold for 10-20 minutes each time to get any information. Would never buy from this company again.
Before you order from here read the comments and look at the reviews. I ordered some plants for my wife's birthday. No communication that the plants would be late and when I did get ahold of someone they gave me a new date and missed that timeline. Still waiting to see if I will get my money back
Horrible customer service. I will never be back and I will be calling to debate the charge on my credit card.

Ordered several items that showed in stock in January, as the items where past there ship date, they became back ordered, trying to contact customer service is a Joke, Wanted a refund on those items back ordered. and was told they where unable. Never again
