The customer service reps. lie, lie and lie, and don't bother asking for a supervisor because they are even worse. I'd recommend they just close. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, YOU WILL BE AS LIVID AS I AM EVENTUALLY. 😠

Terrible customer service. Ordered plans on March 28, plants in stock shipping date was for first week in April. As of May 10 still no plants. Shipping date changes every other day even though the web site says plants in stock and ready to ship.
CLOSE DOWN-REVAMP EVERYTHING AND TRY AGAIN.
I have purchased from Spring Hill for years. Wonderful company! Recently ordered 2 Lilac Sunday collections. The plants did not live after planting. Spring Hill promptly replaced them! This was the first time I ever had an issue with anything I had purchased and they made it right immediately. Definitely recommend this company.
I wish I had read the reviews on customer service before I ordered from your company. Order placed on 3/31. Original ship date was 4/8. Checked order status multiple times, and the ship date kept getting changed. It finally shipped on 4/29. Checked the tracking number supplied, and the order is supposed to arrive on 5/9. That's 10 DAYS shipping from Ohio to NC, via UPS. What shipping option did you choose, horseback? An order of anything can ship from California to NC in less than a week.
