The quality is what keeps me coming back. And gorgeous varieties I can't get at my local garden shop.

Availability is wrong on the website then shipped a month later in a partial order. Customer service is a joke... refunded for the part that never shipped. The refund was less than purchase price. DO NOT ORDER from these people

I received my order last night and I can't remember a time when I was so disappointed in a purchase. My plants took a long time to arrive and when they did, half of them were totally dead and the other half were barely clinging to life. I'm not sure if it's even worth planting the half dead ones because they're so spindly. Do NOT order from this company. I have reached out to them and have not heard back. The phone number on my invoice is not in service.

I’m having a similar negative experience to the reviews I’m reading here. I’ve waited over a month and the shipping date continues to be moved to a later date. Customer service very unhelpful. And yes, the charged my credit card immediately.

After almost 6 weeks I received a box of tiny dead stuff. It’s insulting and heartbreaking.

had not used them for some time and back then they were amazing. ordered plants and were dead or almost dead. when u pay an average of 24 for a plant u expect to get a nice size healthy plant not a small pile of nothing. will take another month to get replacements and the one they cant replace could only get in house credit for but everything is out of stock. wont order again from them. they use to back up their plants and send good quality plants out. guess not any more.

They could ship your order, they could refrain from charging your credit card until they actually have the product you ordered, they could answer your complaints by e mail, they could do what they advertise they do, which is sell plants.

Horrible quality and service! Never ordering from this company again. The first part of my order was shipped WAY too early for my zone - there was still 3' of snow on the ground! I had to store the dormant tree and plant it 5 weeks later - still waiting for it to bud after 4 weeks in the ground but not holding my breath. I was able to postpone the perennials to May but half of the 10 gentians had mold and rotted leaves, and the perennial sunflower root is a scraped up dried and tiny twig! Don't be deceived by coupons and pro... read more

To begin with, the website advertised $5 shipping and $25 off. I was charged $14 for shipping. The plants were supposed to ship on the 8th, which would have meant the plants would have arrived in time for Mother's Day. Instead, they didn't get sent out until the 13th. I emailed customer service twice and never heard back. Additionally, one of the plants arrived dead and the other two are TINY and way overpriced.
