Springhills got some wonderful healthy plants...I highly recommend them
In the spring of 2019 I placed several orders for various plants. Approximately half of the items were shriveled and very undersized. They made good on 2 on them when I expressed my dissatisfaction. My main word of caution is this: it is January 2020 and I am being bombarded with flyers from several plant nurseries whom I have never contacted ever...it's very obvious to me Spring Hill nursery shared (or sold) my contact info to these other nurseries _NO LOYALTY to their customers!!
RecommendedI have been dealing with this company since the 80’s. My plants have flourished. I had a couple that didn’t do well and they promptly replaced them. I highly recommend them.
WARNING: DONT BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM THIS NURSERIES, i was belive them, and buy 2 order, the first order they sent died hydrange , the second order they alway delay, althought i require refund my money because delay alot of times, but finally i my died plant dont be solve & my order still dont work, and they have a worst customer services, dont want reply their customer.
I ordered plants 2 months ago and have yet to receive them. Every time I check the status of my order, the ship date has been pushed back another week. Customer service gives me the runaround and refuses to cancel my order and give me a refund. I had tji dispute the charges with my bank.
I ordered 5 lavender plants, bare root. Every one of them died. I will never order from Spring Hill again.
Great great company. Every single plant that I've bought from them came in perfect condition by mail. All of them have been growing up really fast and looks healthy. I recommend this company. 11/10.
