Ordered fruit trees, took weeks and 2 of the 5 trees arrived MOLDY. I opened the box within 15 minutes after UPS delivered. I sent emails with pictures of white moldy trees instantly and NO response from the company. I sent more emails and still have nothing.
After almost 2 months of waiting for items that were "in stock," I am now trying desperately to find out why there is yet another delay in shipping and the date is pushed back to mid June. But, even though I patiently wait in the phone queue, I still can't talk to a person to find out what is going on with my order. I realize there are some problems right now, but to just hang up on me while I wait to talk to someone? Very rude.😠
bigger plants and better service
Horrible experience and plants. I understand COVID has made shipping difficult, but took 6 weeks to get order. Plants were in shipping 7 days and arrived dry, wilted, and puny. I couldn’t even identify what one bag of brown first was. Held an hour for customer service and never did anyone.
By shipping my order and not changeing the ship date everytime the date is close to shipping Have been waiting for 3 months for my order
I ordered 1st week of March. I got 2 generic emails and until now have not received my order. I tried sending emails but to no avail. So sad to have gone through this sorry service.
Fire all of your customer service reps and start over.
