RecommendedHave been enjoying this company for years. They really stand behind what they sell.
We ordered a Meyer lemon tree on December 15 with guaranteed Christmas delivery. I call 3x last week and they all said it would arrive on the 24th. It’s now they day after Christmas and haven’t seen the tree. And somehow they can’t track it. Ruined my husbands Christmas!!!
Live up to their promises
I have always had great success with my orders over the last 10 years, but this year half of my items were very sickly upon arrival and many didn’t survive the summer with daily pampering 😢😡
Ordered a Peony on the 17th of October. 5 times they have changed the shipping date. It is now 11/18 Every time it gets close to the shipping date they change it now it's on back order. If you grow all your own flowers and stuff how can it be backed order ? By shipping orders in a timely manner and giving their outsourced customer service reps the tools to allow for cancellation and refunds. Will never purchase from this company again.
I placed an order on October 28 it arrival date has changed 4 times already. I have emailed customer service no response and still wait from reading reviews this seems to be a common practice of your company is there anyway to receive a realistic delivery date?
I am very disappointed in Spring Hill. I ordered a Lilac Bush on Oct. 16, 2018. I was told that I get them Oct. 22. I called on Oct. 22, they said they would put a rush on it. I received the fertilizer last week. I called again was told they would put a rush on the bush. The third time I called I was told they would send it out on the 5th. I called to day and was told they would send it out on Friday.
