Horrible customer service!! Placed an order over $500 on April 6, confirmation said it would ship April 10th. Got a call April 12th asking if the order was legitimate, confirmed that and assumed the order would now process. Checked the order status April 18th and the shipping dated changed to April 24th. Still no shipments confirmation so i check today and the shipping date changed to April 30th. Disappointed in my order. Plants smaller than advertised, several looked absolutely terrible. Two had mold and had started to decompose. The order was packed on the 3rd and I received it on the 9th- using FedEx Surepost slow shipping is not a great way to send live plants. I called and was offered store credit, requested and will hopefully receive a partial refund. I ordered plants from White Flower Farms as well and for the same prices, the plants were larger, much more healthy, and arrived faster.

They shipped my order much too soon for planting. I’ve had to hold them and hope the perennials can be planted this weekend. Sadly, this is not one of the Ohio nurseries that receives my recommendation.

My husband ordered from them for me, arrived dead. sent email, no responds, sent another because turned over collection agency, response from springhill was not our problem, sorry, DONT BUY SINCE THEY DONT STAND BEHIND WARRANTY
love Spring Hill. I still have perennials from years past in my collection my years ago. Lets not say how many. Great company, great plants.
