The guys in the shop were great. But the receptionist in the shop really needs to work on her phone etiquette!!
We bought a new Ford Explorer a little over a month ago, we worked with Sirena Baker which was our second time working with her. We love our SUV it is everything we could of hoped for. It was a process to get into it due to our other car being totaled out by hail but Sirena worked nonstop to help us get things done in time! I tell everyone I know who is looking for a vehicle to go to her because of the professionalism and care! Thank you Sirena and Ford for our new car!

What a fabulous experience I had with both the sales and service department at Spradley Barr. I bought a real lemon at another local car dealer, and thankfully the spradley barr service center was able to fix a problem the other dealer couldnt fix after 5 trys. I wouldn't go anywhere else if I still lived in CO. I know that if I called Chelsea with a finance question she would be able to assist me!!
