I think it's fantastic the the service techs from this dealership use the panic button on each and every car's key fob to locate the next car that they're going to service. That way I get to hear car horns all day long, tuesday through saturday, like I live in a major metropolis. I believe that Greeley has a noise ordinance, as do most cities, so I'm setting up a time lapse camera and I'm going to take the videos to an attorney. I've lived here for 5 years, I've had enough!
Didn't go to dealership for a new truck, but I left with one,,,,,ford raptor awsome truck. David Merems did a great job selling the truck and is still helping me getting raptor decals and window tinting. Need a great sells man he is your guy.

Shop had my husband's company car ten days to repair the windshield washer assembly, which broke again within a couple of weeks. My husband checked it out - the shop had made the "repair" by putting electrical tape on the windshield washer pump hose. Wonder how much money the leasing company shelled out for that? Disgraceful.
Just had another really bad experience with these people. I stopped going there because of the same bad service - after two years i decided to give them another chance. Took car in for oil change and asked that they check for recall bulletins on the car and they found some. After 5 days i had to push them to get things done and guess what - they forgot to do the oil change! Some things never change.
