Excellent service! We made an appointment to take our F150 for 5k service and the personnel was very friendly and fast and great service. I have taken it for service twice since we bought it and we have had good experiences both times. unfortunately I cannot remember the names of those who went above and beyond, promise to pay attention to their names next time. Thank you for a great service and the reminders sent about our appointment.
Got a letter from Ford there was a recall on my car, took it in to have it checked but they also checked other things on my car and no extra charge. They were friendly and detailed.
Danny got me into more truck than I thought I would drive out of there in. Very positive experience all around. This is the first time I've bought a vehicle here. Payments right where I needed them to be, and wasn't there until midnight. The only negative was in financing when she was trying to sell me a bells and whistles warranty(Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Basic), she would not take no for an answer. Had an appointment a set time. Was on time and waited two hours befor normal service was complete. Car sat for an hour after the set time before going in. What's the point of an appointment? Good work excellent people. This isn't really a complaint. Maybe I'm just getting old
