I wish I could give ZERO stars, but one is forced to give at least one in order to post a review. AT LEAST FOUR appointments AFTER what should have been a simple service and an oil change they still can't even get the simplest of services done correctly, efficiently or completely. To make matters worse, they can't seem to correctly diagnose let alone repair damage caused by them as a result of careless mistakes and an apparent lack of experience and/or knowledge. I went in knowing what I wanted and my cell lady Leslie did not try to sell me something I did not come for. Overall experience was very stress free. I'd highly recommend going here for your next vehicle purchase and don't forget to ask for Leslie. We love our truck
My husband Pat and I had the most wonderful experience with Adam and Mat at Spradley Barr Ford in Greeley. We had been kicking around the idea of a newer pickup truck to replace our aging 1996 GMC and proceeded to "build" a truck on the Ford website. It sent our specs to Spradley Barr and Adam called me the next day. I gave him more info and he found the perfect vehicle for us in our price range. It was the best vehicle buying experience I have had yet. Thanks Adam and Matt!

I accidentally posted my review before I had a chance to give them five stars! Please read my previous review, plus my husband wants me add more details about our terrific salesperson, Jose Benetiz. Jose was very attentive, but not pushy. My husband did the original inquiries because he is the analytical one. Jose provided numerous vehicle options over several days. Jose has an outgoing personality and he is fun. I like that! I hope that Jose and the dealership prosper.

My wife and I worked with Dave and Ryan to get us into the vehicle that we wanted. They were honest and upfront about EVERYTHING. We will be recommending them to others and rarely recommend anything to anyone.
Note this has been edited.....Took pick up in to be repaired, recalls and other things. Was told two days . We can’t afford rental until you decide to get special order parts. Was told should been done before weekend. Well we shall see Monday. They should comp us the rental. Our pickup is our only transportation, we need to get to work to pay our bills. Not happy at all ����
Spradley Barr made the process as painless as possible. Explained to Jose what vehicle I wanted, the vehicle was located shortly there after. The financing process was a breeze. Special thanks to Bill, Shawn and Jose and all the finance personnel, for their hard work and for making it easy. I will definitely be buying cars and/ or trucks from them for my three kids and wife. Could be more confident in the decision I made in dealing with them.
