If I could give this place less than 1 star, I would. This was our third experience with the service department. More than 2 hours after we dropped our pickup off, they still hadn't started on the oil change. There was no apology. Three times, three disappointments. There are many Ford dealership out there. Pick a different one! They offer 2 years of free service, but at what cost. My time is precious. Terrible customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! We are certainly letting all of our friends and family know.
Went to four different dealerships went to Spradley Barr Greeley for my new car worked with Michael Frazier got a great made it easy and simple to buy a car I would recommend working with him!!!!!!
I bought a 2014 Ram I had some issues with my 2014 Dodge Ram and they were all taken care of by spadly bar general manager contacted me in person I appreciate their service.
On my relatively new 2015 F-150, all I go in for are oil changes and the occasional tire rotation. I am completely satisfied with the service and particularly the follow up. Even when services become NOT free, I fully anticipate continuing my services here.
