Friendly and very knowledge sales team. Really enjoyed our experience purchasing our new Ford Explore!
They don't stand by their product even when you pay extra for coverage, and don't listen or follow through with service that should be provided.
Had the first service completed on our 17 Escape. Fast in & out. Slight hiccup with the free oil change somehow our record wasn’t entered in the system. Resolved through Issac our service advisor and Austin our salesman.
I just brought a car this past weekend and the experience was the easiest I have ever had at a car dealership. I worked with Zach at sales and Steven with Finance and they were both very polite and made the process so easy.

Absolute Worst Buying Experience Ever! Hidden dealer handling charges, padding the bought interest rate, quoting excessive shipping cost, All the while advertising the truck on CarGurus for sale at 2000.00 above the original listed sales price of $24900.00. $3914.00 above the price agreed upon by the dealership, and myself ( $22986.00 ). I took my 10 hybrid fusion in to have it worked on from weld county garage no one could find anything. So I was at wits end with that car and told the service rep I wanted to trade it in. Then I meet with Jose and I got a Great deal I couldn't believe it a lower interest rate and a 2017. Jose was Great they all made me feel comfortable. Matt the financial guy was very quick. I never had a new car so thank Spradley Barr Ford I hope I continue to get that Great service .
