Scratched my hood WHEN TEC climbed on my hood tto change Wipers, scratched my chrome bull nose on front by standing on it to service my F-250 Tuscany truck, didn't get the fuel line hooked back up & Clips properly snapped so line blew of and covered entire motor & under carridge with desiel, then turned it into 1 huge water spot after they tryed to wash it off, now driving my $80 K truck gives me a headache....Stinks....just like their service!!! I bought a truck from Greeley Spradley Barr back in March. I love the service I received there! Bronwyn was amazing! She really made sure we found a truck that fit me and she didn't push me into something I wouldn't be able to be able to afford. She steered me away from other options that Toyota and Dodge tried to push me into. I really cannot say enough good things about her! She has also bent over backwards to make sure my friends were taken care of! That is the true definition of service!
David was extremely helpful in helping me find my new f250. Much more helpful than other dealers in have contacted in the past few years. Highly recommend to everyone. Thank you David.

This place is a joke poor management. I took my car in it sat in there for two weeks not touched. The only way you move up or stay there is if you are close with upper management you can never talk to a supervisor there because there out doing non related work things like tanning, oh ya don't forget iv taken in a few work trucks for an oil change and there was no oil when I got it back. Anything to do with ford products I'll go clear out of my way to avoid spradley barr.
Thanks Spradley Barr for the amazing service this week. It's a little intimidating for some of us to take our cars in. My Edge had a terrible shimmy when i drove- thought maybe struts.. felt like my ties were going to fall off! Drove up.. In 20 min they had my car up and found that the shimmy was not due to struts but possible tires-no charge ; washed my car and great service! Wow!! Highly recommend Spradley Barr Greeley!! Thank you!
