The attention to detail is excellent!! I couldn't imagine staying anywhere else in Austin 😉
My wife and I spent 2 nights at the JW and the whole experience was first class. The customer service and attentiveness was great. Valet attendants were quick and courteous. When we checked in the concierge walked us around the hotel. We enjoyed a nice stay....kids activities too! I was allowed to use my government rate on a weekend for a lovely comfortable room!
We stayed here last week for the LimeLight conference. It was AMAZING! Everything was kept impeccably clean, the staff was always ready and willing to help, and everyone had a friendly face. There were a LOT of us, and they handled the numbers perfectly and with grace. I would most definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and will definitely stay here for any future visits to Austin.
The service is worth every penny! What beautiful place in the heart of the city 🌃 I'll be back
They had a special needs man at Valet and he was amazing he got us our car right away and was so helpful because I didn't have my valet ticket. The room was so nice and we got turndown service for my mom. I surprised her for her bday and this hotel is amazing!!
Beautiful hotel with amazing service and very personable staff. I highly recommend. PS: Do not miss the rooftop pool & bar!
