Just observed JW Marriott Security harass a homeless person for sitting on a rock at the Corner Star Bar. The man wasn't even bothering anybody. When an off-duty security officer was bothered by the homeless person sitting on a rock by the hotel. The security staff then called police for no apparent reason. Security was 100% in the wrong on this situation. I watched the entire event go down. Shame on you JW Marriott!!!
Wonderful property, great location, but most of all, incredible service!
Just had a massage and facial at the new Spa by JW. Everything was wonderful and I feel so refreshed !
Had to take the time to give this place a great review. My check in process was smooth , the room was amazing, and staff was friendly and helpful. It was located in a perfect area in downtown so I enjoyed the walking.
What can I say? This hotel is the pinnacle of hotels. My personal experience was absolutely perfect! To be quite honest, I will go out of my way to stay in Marriott hotels. Great job, really, excellent job!
This is a very beautiful hotel. The lobby had a lovely fireplace and very romantic. Great experience. Would come here again!!!

great hotel, great staff, great experience...attended the 2017 TCASE conference & had a great time...the BEST steel cut oatmeal (besides my own) I've ever had!
