Friendly staff, but careful some may want to be too friendly.
I had an excellent experience during my 5 night stay. The staff were friendly and attentive. The restaurants were awesome, and the facility is beautifully done! I'll definitely be back during my next visit.
I had the opportunity of doing wedding hair/makeup in their beautiful Presidential Suite. All I can say is Wow!!! Beautiful rooms, outstanding views and incredible service. The valet was particularly helpful and efficient!
Awesome place to stay! Service was great and it's close to everything one wants to do while in downtown Austin!
Everyone there really understands hospitality. Can't wait to go back.
My Son and I were in Austin for the First time ever for RTX, We enjoyed our stay tremendously, The Front Dest Staff Day Manager and Bell Service were Amazing very Friendly and Extremely Helpful, The Night Front Desk Staff and Bell Services Not so much, they were a bit rude and not very helpful, The Night Manager, however, was Friendly and Helpful, We will be staying here again for Next years RTX and I am already recommending this as the Place to stay for RTX Weekend! Top notch accomodations in the heart of downtown Austin. Incredible eats ... EVERYWHERE. Cooper's Old Time Pit Bar-B-Que right next to the hotel. I-N-C-R-E-D-I-B-L-E BBQ but dessert innovation I hadn't experience before - Pecan Cobbler.
Great hotel but parking is a little pricey. Hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.
Too expensive for whats it is. I had better stay for lower price U have to pay for the wifi, .... Roomcleaner knocking at 8:30 am Ouch never again
