The JW Marriott Austin had some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. I expected a beautiful hotel, but I didn't expect the level of great service that came with it. It was phenomenal. All the staff was great, but a special thanks to Sergio and Lee for being welcoming and helpful! Also, the JW had great views of the city, at least from my room. It was my first time in Austin and my time at the JW left me with a great impression of the city!
This place is amazing! The staff has been extremely accommodating. The Corner has a great menu selection with delicious food. Our waiter Bryan was Great.
By far the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Excellent service, great location, wonderful staff.
So not impressed with this place. Valet argued with me about the Garage Full sign and buffet attendant told us buffet wouldn't open til 8 - exact time our session starts. Not an exemplary service standard at all
The best club breakfast room!
We are celebrating our 15th wedding anniversary this weekend at this gorgeous hotel! The customer service has been impeccable from the moment we pulled into the driveway. The valets are wonderful and the check in experience was even better. The gentleman in the executive lounge has been extremely accommodating! We made an excellent decision in choosing to celebrate this milestone at this hotel. Thank you, Marriott!
