I really love the foods . I think every thing is awesome well
I've stayed here for all my business trips to Austin and the bed is heaven!! Also love how dark the room stays once curtains are closed (for vampires like me who don't like the sun waking us up!) Great selections of restaurants and Starbucks, very convenient for those traveling for business purpose. Since it's located in the heart of Downtown with great surroundings, I understand the price point for the stay, though parking is expensive for valet or self-park--that's just a pet peeve of mine!! Wonderful staff, helpful and friendly and the pool is fabulous! Heather waited on us in Cabana 3 and she did an exceptional job! We later had dinner in the Italian restaurant downstairs and it was delicious! The wine recommendations paired with our food perfectly. I will be back again soon!
The directions around the hotel is clear giving easy access to the amenities. But the locations of the meeting room and the restrooms are too far apart.
We came with 2 children and it only did they bring a crib (large pack and play) but with blankets and a travel kit of baby bathing supplies! Very accommodating and polite. Our plans changed only a few hours into our stay and we had to check out and leave and they didn't charge us for the room. Amazing service and beautiful hotel! I'm sorry we didn't get to enjoy the wine bar!

Outstanding customer service by the JW Marriott Austin. When checking in, the front desk clerk welcomed me back and saw that I was a little under the weather as she asked how I was feeling and how my flight was. I told her I was dropping my bags and heading to the first MinuteClinic I could find. Arriving back to my room I had a nice care package of goodies and medicine and the sweetest note from Mahi. A little gesture goes a long day. Another reason why this is one of my favorite properties to stay at.
Overpriced. The sound of the doorbell was horrible. The shower needs facelift, and so is the carpet.
My wife and I spent 2 nights at the JW and the whole experience was first class. The customer service and attentiveness was great. Valet attendants were quick and courteous. When we checked in the concierge walked us around the hotel. We had access to the executive lounge which was totally worth the upgrade as they serve breakfast and snacks and drinks throughout the day. The Corner restaurant was delicious.
