Absolutely fabulous week long stay! Location, service, food, atmosphere all fantastic.
The attention to detail is excellent!! I couldn't imagine staying anywhere else in Austin 😉
My wife and I spent 2 nights at the JW and the whole experience was first class. The customer service and attentiveness was great. Valet attendants were quick and courteous. When we checked in the concierge walked us around the hotel. We had access to the executive lounge which was totally worth the upgrade as they serve breakfast and snacks and drinks throughout the day. The Corner restaurant was delicious. The only downfall was dinner at the Osteria. The chicken parm was severely over cooked but we mentioned it to our wait... read more
We enjoyed a nice stay....kids activities too! I was allowed to use my government rate on a weekend for a lovely comfortable room!
Had a lovely stay w/ my husband. Beautiful hotel and excellent service. Staff was very pleasant. We will definitely be back.
Amazing can’t say enough about this hotel .. the location ... the pool atmosphere ..... the entire experience was amazing we will be back and LOVED AUSTIN
