It was breath taking BEAUTIFUL IN every way very professional staff loved everything food service our room FANTASTIC
Wonderful staff, helpful and friendly and the pool is fabulous! Heather waited on us in Cabana 3 and she did an exceptional job! We later had dinner in the Italian restaurant downstairs and it was delicious! The wine recommendations paired with our food perfectly. I will be back again soon!
Beautiful hotel! Comfortable and relaxing! Amazing downtown view!
Everything was outstanding! Loved that Dina greeted us in front of the check-in desk, and then walked us towards the elevator. The room was beautifully appointed with easy thermostat controls. We enjoyed the great late night room service - and lastly to the valets greeting us by name. I wish I remembered all their names, so I could recognize the great service. Very Nice 👍🏻 👍🏻 Two thumbs up for sure. It’s a very expensive hotel to stay in but it’s super nice if you get the chance to do so. I stayed on the 32nd floor and had a great view of Austin. Pillows are so soft I slept like a baby. Bathrooms are big and very well designed. I will for sure be staying here the next time I come to Austin!!
