Stayed on the 10th floor. Had an amazing view. The room was excellent.
Got two rooms with them last weekend. We are happy in general, the pool was very nice and service was great... if the valet hadn't kept moving my friend's Ferrari, somehow it took two people to move it... it would have be 5 stars.
Beautiful hotel and the swimming pool is amazing I loved it.
Enjoyed the event we attended and the food was great. All in all a great place but PLEASE consider lowering that ridiculous HIGH price for valet parking!
I didn't care for the layout. restrooms and elevators at one end of the hallway away from most meeting rooms
This place is in a great location downtown. They’ve got plenty of restaurants and amenities here. Would stay again!
they have been absolutely amazing here... anything we've needed they have been on top of it...
Rachel at the lobby bar was excellent. She was always checking on us and making sure we were taken care of. The JW Austin is great and Rachel is an excellent face within this brand. I appreciate her attention to detail and great customer service!
