Great location for the JW. Nice rooms, and the service was great.
Our staying here is amazing. It's very luxury hotel. Yes hotel didn't have refrigerator but as soon as we asked that also had been arranged.
$30 per day for self parking. Really!?!? Talk about greed.
The attention to detail is excellent!! I couldn't imagine staying anywhere else in Austin 😉
The rooms have such a fun, contemporary decor. Our room was spotless. The hotel has many options for eating & drinking. The pool area is quite nice. The location is prime and provides for easy walking to many desirable stops.
Everyone there was so helpful and friendly, traveling with a 4 year old and the staff talked to him like he was a special guest, Thank you for a very enjoyable stay.
I was part of a huge group at the hotel. We had mml failures. But I must say there are a few rock stars that provide excellent quality of service. Server Tyler and Hostess Moranda are the best. Thank you for making a difference. It matters and noticed.
