I have only love for this hotel. After run two conferences here I have had universally attentive and friendly service, delicious food and drink - during conference and at Corner and luxurious accommodations. Highly Recommend!
Customer service and my stay in general were superb. The fact that they "reserved" $400 from my debit card for incidentals without informing me of the amount is upsetting. Quick to withdrawl/reserve, slow to credit.
The directions around the hotel is clear giving easy access to the amenities. But the locations of the meeting room and the restrooms are too far apart.
Outstanding customer service by the JW Marriott Austin. When checking in, the front desk clerk welcomed me back and saw that I was a little under the weather as she asked how I was feeling and how my flight was. I told her I was dropping my bags and heading to the first MinuteClinic I could find. Arriving back to my room I had a nice care package of goodies and medicine and the sweetest note from Mahi. A little gesture goes a long day. Another reason why this is one of my favorite properties to stay at.
Overpriced. The sound of the doorbell was horrible. The shower needs facelift, and so is the carpet.
Great hotel but parking is a little pricey. Hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.
Too expensive for whats it is. I had better stay for lower price U have to pay for the wifi, .... Roomcleaner knocking at 8:30 am Ouch never again
