My 6 night stay for a conference started off with a room not made to JWM standards (trash in room, amenities missing), front desk Info provided was wrong (FedEx on 5th FL does NOT sell stamps), Check-in to two follow-ups to correct billing, 2 fire alarms & pool emptied twice at the only time I was available to swim. Staff at banquet was consistently horrible-spilled cream on the person sitting next to me & I had to ask for a clean chair as she rushed to “save” her new dress.
