The staff were all accommodating and central located downtown Austin
This is by far, the best chain hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff has rolled out the red carpet for DKG sisters. Not a rude person to be found. The food is fantastic and Berry Austin is just down the street!

The front staff, lobby bartenders and the pool bar tenders were extremely friendly. Pool staff was not as friendly but understandable since they are catering to million people in one tiny pool. The pool food was good. A little better then your average pool food. I do recommend they should have a shower especially when you have that many people in one small pool it seems a little unsanitary to not be able to rinse off in a shower and you are not allowed to use the spa bathrooms since they are for spa guests only which surpris... read more
