The rooms are not quite up to JW standards compared to the others I have stayed in. You can hear what the people are doing next door as well. It can become very loud at 2:30 in the AM when people are returning to their room.The staff was as good as usual, and the food was probably the best part of the stay. Overall I think a three is fair. Not sure I would book another room there.

Very Nice 👍🏻 👍🏻 Two thumbs up for sure. It’s a very expensive hotel to stay in but it’s super nice if you get the chance to do so. I stayed on the 32nd floor and had a great view of Austin. Pillows are so soft I slept like a baby. Bathrooms are big and very well designed. I will for sure be staying here the next time I come to Austin!!

Beautiful hotel, lovely views from the 28th floor!
Room was clean, view was outstanding. However they closed the pool due to 10 minutes of light night. The front desk staff Boti was rude and told my father and I the pool would be closed the rest of the evening/night. We asked him to please check the radar as we had been sitting outside for an hour and there was no rain, thunder or lightning. He said that he didn’t have control over that by just check with the pool manager. We walked away disappointed. My 3 children really wanted to swim on their holiday. The pool did open up... read more
This hotel has it all. The executive lounge on the 5th floor is icing on the cake.
Always a positive experience. I’ve mostly visited for specific events vs an overnight stay, but the facilities are beautiful and team members always kind and service oriented.
