Got two rooms with them last weekend. We are happy in general, the pool was very nice and service was great... if the valet hadn't kept moving my friend's Ferrari, somehow it took two people to move it... it would have be 5 stars.
Only negative is their APP. Frnt desk was great . Found my Marriott Rewards. Call suppport found my account there. Emailed me points . Still cant access account. 22 year member. Austin is great,
Very cool outside bar called Corner Bar. Nice change from dirty 6th street for people over age 35.
Loved the staff, beautiful hotel. Pool was nice, only advice would maybe add a small pool for kids.. other than the kids splashing and annoying all the adults it was a fun experience. Will definitely be back again!

The JW Marriott Austin in hands down the best hotel in the city. Not only is it beautiful but everything is amazing from the staff, to the rooms, quality and comfort, and food! We love having our stay cations here.
