This place is amazing! The staff has been extremely accommodating. The Corner has a great menu selection with delicious food. Our waiter Bryan was Great.
By far the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Excellent service, great location, wonderful staff.
So not impressed with this place. Valet argued with me about the Garage Full sign and buffet attendant told us buffet wouldn't open til 8 - exact time our session starts. Not an exemplary service standard at all
Although the hotel is very nice, this has to be my worst stay at any hotel....ever. I booked my room a month in advance and asked about all the costs I'd have to pay so I had time to prepare my guests and i. I was blind sided by a $100 hold I had to put on my card. I understand the reasoning behind the charge but the customers should know this in advance. I put it on someone else's card because I paid for the room. We are celebrating our 15th wedding anniversary this weekend at this gorgeous hotel! The customer service has been impeccable from the moment we pulled into the driveway. The valets are wonderful and the check in experience was even better. The gentleman in the executive lounge has been extremely accommodating! We made an excellent decision in choosing to celebrate this milestone at this hotel. Thank you, Marriott!
Absolutely sensational service and style. Thank you to the front manager, Ingrida Pagliaro, for the very warm and "wow" reception of the many Keller Williams Mega Agents. It's different here.
I've been at a conference. The staff has really done great. The food is excellent and the service unobtrusive and skilled. Also my room is amazing. Also the bar staff was exceptional. Our server was fun and efficient.
We always have a good time and they always take care of us
