The room was beautiful and functional. The staff was gracious, friendly, helpful and efficient. Sadly, my work requires Internet access and access here in the conference rooms was just awful.

Just attended a conference on Customer Experience at this property and boy did this team deliver. Across the board. But my favorite story was from the Osterio Pronto Italian restaurant staff. I was having snacks with my gluten free client and Osterio didn't have gluten free bread or crackers. Hard to enjoy a cheese plate without. We paid way too much for F1 weekend. We had a corner room which looked at the back of other buildings. Rooms were just okay with no mini bar and no snacks. The women at the front desk tried charging me for the entire stay even though we had pre-paid for the entire stay, glad I caught her. We went downstairs to Corner restaurant and we're told there were no outdoor tables. We walked outside and there were two tables available. I went back inside and they put us on the waiting list. Amazing customer service at the front desk, comfortable & quiet guest room, awesome concierge lounge & an amazing gym!! Love having the Starbucks here too!! Only downside is the rates. I'm back in 2 weeks but can't stay here because the rates are so high. :-(
Stayed on the 10th floor. Had an amazing view. The room was excellent.

This property is simply AMAZING! The Front Desk staff immediately greeted you and escorted you for Check-in....My room was immaculate....Thank You!
The JW was a great place to stay. The employees were very friendly. There were ample employees located throughout the hotel to help whenever you need it. The rooms were very nice. The food was really good but a bit overpriced. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the Austin downtown area.
