Had an excellent stay there this past weekend! It is going to give the other Austin hotels a run for their money.

By far the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Excellent service, great location, wonderful staff.
Not only is this place beautiful but the staff was great. We had a emergency at home and had to leave early and in a hurry and the staff could not have been more helpful! Wish we had more time to enjoy this beautiful place.
Although the hotel is very nice, this has to be my worst stay at any hotel....ever. I booked my room a month in advance and asked about all the costs I'd have to pay so I had time to prepare my guests and i. I was blind sided by a $100 hold I had to put on my card. I understand the reasoning behind the charge but the customers should know this in advance. I put it on someone else's card because I paid for the room. Stayed in Austin at the JW this weekend for The Tour Of Texas Warm Up. My family and I were highly impressed with ALL aspects of this hotel! We will recommend your hotel to anyone who is looking for the best place to stay in Austin!!!
This is why I love Marriott. It's 3am and my flight connecting through Dallas diverted to Austin due to weather, where we sat on the runway for 4 hours till the flight was cancelled. Thanks American but no La Quinta for me and off to JW Marriott where the sweet desk clerk listened to my sob story. Twenty minutes later I was surprised with a superb BLT, a box of freshly baked chocolate chip cookies and a little basket of toiletries to tide me over.
