JW Marriott Austin - beyond Excellent! All the Way
We paid way too much for F1 weekend. We had a corner room which looked at the back of other buildings. Rooms were just okay with no mini bar and no snacks. The women at the front desk tried charging me for the entire stay even though we had pre-paid for the entire stay, glad I caught her. We went downstairs to Corner restaurant and we're told there were no outdoor tables. We walked outside and there were two tables available. I went back inside and they put us on the waiting list. Amazing customer service at the front desk, comfortable & quiet guest room, awesome concierge lounge & an amazing gym!! Love having the Starbucks here too!! Only downside is the rates. I'm back in 2 weeks but can't stay here because the rates are so high. :-(
Everything was great but I was working and could not get internet access even from the provided wifi. My hotspot didn't work well either. Great staff and service!
